Returns Policy
We do not offer returns/refunds. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds and exchanges once order has been received, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. incorrect order).
Order Cancellations & Modification
We can offer a refund if you need to cancel your order no later than 2 business days from the date of pick up or delivery for orders less than $100, 7 days for orders over $100. A fee of $10 will be taken out of the refund amount due to fees applied for refund process.
The time it takes us to process your return may take up to 1-2 business days, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Request for cancellations must be communicated via email.
We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. Please ensure your order is correct before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.
Shipping
Due to the nature of the product, we only ship within Sydney Metropolitan. It is highly advised that someone is home to receive the order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
