Shipping Policy
Where do we ship?
Due to the nature of the product, we only ship within Sydney Metropolitan.
It is highly advised that someone is home to receive the order.
What happens if you are not home?
Our driver will attempt to make contact by knocking or sending a text message. Your order will then be placed on your doorstep if we deem it’s safe to do so at the time.
If the property cannot be accessed or it is unsafe for the product to be left, your order will be sent back to our store and redelivery charges will apply. Your order will not be refunded if you choose to not have it redelivered.
We do not ship to PO BOXES.
You must provide a correct residential shipping address on your order, or there may be additional charges for any reattempt of delivery.
Damage and Liabilities
You must be at home to receive your order during the delivery window to avoid weather damages, loss, or tampering of your product. You are liable for any damages once your order is dropped off.
